Wifi not working

Hello, I am writing because I cannot access the internet while connected on my Sky Wifi


It says ion my account that there is an issue with my WiFi, but when I click on it, it says that everything is fine, but the Internet light on my router is showing Orange

 

It first happened in the afternoon yesterday, then the WiFi came back, to then stop working in the evening

@Jessy5 An orange internet light means the hub has lost connection to the exchange. If the My Sky test doesn't tell you that Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line give them a call and report it.
