Unable to open emails or web pages

Evening 

since I have upgraded to fibre broadband I'm having difficulty in opening emails and websites while I'm on WiFi , when I change to 4g/5g I don't have any problems

Open My sky app, and check Broadband Shield setting.

yes checked settings and made adjustments all seems to be working a lot better . thanks for the advice
