I've reset my hun 3 times and checked on the app but on my devices there not working even my tv

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bootc resetting the hub will not sort a line fault. Check the lights on the hub and use this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start.
If all of the lights on a black hub are green and no data flows then either turn the hub iff for at least 60 minutes or use the disconnection option in the hub's web interface which should clear the fault.
