Wifi not consitent

We have boosters but the signal downstairs keeps dropping off (wifi router is upstairs). I need to book an engineer please

It's up to Sky whether or not to assign an installer, or just refund you the Broadband Boost / WiFi Max supplement cost.  You'll need to go through a telephone diagnosis.
