Sky Move Not Moving Quick Enough

I moved house and chose via the Sky website for broadband to disconnect from the old house on Wednesday, and it allowed me to select Friday for the activation date in the new property. 

I was however emailed a confirmation saying that the wifi wont connect until Monday, so I have no broadband for the whole weekend which will affect my work. 

How can they change the date you selected?

@McQSky  When did you ask Sky to do this home move, as the lead time for this is normally 2 weeks before the move date.

The date is based on Openreach availability.
