Wifi max
When i took out my order i requested wifi max as we live in a 4 bed house and two rooms are in the attic, it now has come to my attention i do not have it on my account and when i got to purchase it to make it all good i just does not move past the continue part of the transaction.
Trying to actually speak to an agent is similar to the definition of insanity as i cannot call them at the moment and the useless virtual assisatant can not get me intouch with a live chat agent.
i just need this sorting out as we struggle to get a decent wifi signal ooutside of the living room

@GazzJones If your order is in and pending, then you just may have to call and speak to an agent to get your required adjustment to it done!
