Wifi just rubbish

Wifi keeps dropping engineer been out says everything fine so why does it still not work everyone in house has same problem

Can't do router stats as it is the white hub

@Fayzee  Yeah that is a problem, does the light on the front change to a different colour when this happens?

Exactly the same is happening with mine. certain websites will also not load at all and have to disconnect from the Internet then re connect. For the page to re load. so frustrating
