Engineer visit cancelled by engineer

I have sky puk, my router has been showing a red light for two weeks and all checks say there's a problem with my broadband. Engineer visit needed. The engineer was booked and due on Monday 8th July 12-2, I got a message saying he couldn't make it and rebook. I phoned sky and they couldn't rebook because there was a problem with the system and open reach could only say either Thursday Fri or Saturday but don't know which day. Absolutely nothing is showing on my sky account apart from the broadband engineer visit needs sorting 🤷 anyone know how I can find out if the engineer is actually coming

@gkdmturner72 if its not showing on your account afraid the only way is contacting Sky again

I've already phoned them and again they couldn't book a visit just said they'd escalate it again, exactly what I was told Monday but nothing was done , and looking at my account it says there's a problem with the engineer booking and contact them 🤷 they don't have a clue what's going on, just that someone will contact me eventually
