The wifi / internet connection keeps going off reported ot as broadband issue today they messaged me back issue fixed since twice the wifi got disconnected

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MaryamBobby if the fault has not been cleared call Sky and tell them. It is not unusual for an intermittent issue to be wrongly disgnosed as unless the fault is present when the engineer runs the test they often have to guess at the cause.
