Wifi has weak security - Now powered by Sky customer

On my iPhone, my Wi-Fi says it has weak security, and my Wi-Fi is generally slow. I've tried turning it off and on again! Looking online, I get this: "it indicates your router is likely using an outdated security protocol, such as WEP, instead of the recommended WPA2 (AES) or WPA3. You should log into your router's settings and update the wireless security protocol to WPA2-PSK (AES) or WPA3, save the changes, and then reconnect your device." However, when I follow directions to update it, I don't have administrative access.

Sky Messenger isn't available (is it ever?) and now just pass me back to Sky. Could anyone help me fix this, please?

Thanks!

Sarah  🙂

You need to login to the hub admin page with a browser (login details probably on the bottom of the box) and check the security settings and turn on WPA2

very unusual for it to not be on by default though.
