Hi, I've done the speed tests and used the website to check speeds and it all says it is fine but it keeps dropping out. Everything was fine yesterday, issue started today

Re: Wifi dropping out all day

I've been having the same issue which started this afternoon. Just had full fibre fitted and the engineer had to move the router to another location in the house. Seems worst since

Mine here has been dropping out ever since the major outage in the Gloucestershire area... No answer from sky about what's causing it either 😅

@AmeliaBeveridge and others when your servicecgoes down checkmthe lights on the Sky hub as thry will show if the hub has lost connection to the cabinet (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) If the line is dropping multiple times a day call Sky as it indicates a line fault which are quite common on partial fibre services after the recent bad weather.
