Broadband speed is very slow
My broadband download speed tests have been showing 7 to 8mbps. Something is clearly not right as it is no where near the 50-60mbps I should be getting

@AlanEB check thecspeed to your hub by running the Service Checker in the My Sky app if you click on the Broadband Link it will show the history for the last couple of weeks. If the speed is below tge guaranteed speedcit can give extra help.
If tgat is normal then your issue is slow wifi in your home.
