WiFi hub says connected but my laptop, phone and Sky Q box won't connect to the internet.

Re: Wifi connection issues
One needs to establish whether the Wifi router is broadcasting an SSID signal when it's wireless, you can do this with a wireless analyses app installed on the PC or smartphone.
Once you have established that it is broadcasting a signal then the issue would be either the broadband is down. It has either failed to connect physically (router stats can establish this fact) or the TCP/IP layer has failed which is likely Sky/Openreach doing maintenance usually.
