Hi we're new to sky like 1 day old and we cannot connect to the Internet. All tests say its working
No home Internet , phone says connected without Internet. Cannot watch TV as no Internet.

Has it ever worked if not then it is likely a failed activation and one will need to contact Sky for them to activate the broadband correctly or assign an engineer if it is a physical connectivity issue.
