As part of a recent full fibre upgrade package, I was provided with a new router. Whilst the signal to the router is strong & stable, wifi connectivity around the 3 storey house fluctuates greatly, reducing to 1Mb on 2nd floor. Are the boosters provded as part of my orignal package, compatible with the new router? Wifi connectivity was not an issue prior to the installation of the new router.

Thanks James123
Not sure if I have got a max hub. The broadband is itemised as Sky Broadband Superfast on my bill. The router is a black upright standing model. The full fibre upgrade process simply replaced the original external copper supply cable with a fibre cable.

The Sky Broadband Hub has matching boosters, the same shape but in white plastic.
