Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@meowzzz there are two likely causes with totally different solutions so you need to establish which applies to you.
First issues with the line can mean the broadband speed to your hub is slower than it should be. Easily checked by running the Service Checker in the My Sky app when the hub is connected. If you click on the broadband link it will show you the current speed, the recent history and the guaranteed speed for your line. If that is the issue the app is likely to offer support if it doesnt call Sky.
If the incoming speed is as it should be but your devices are running slowly the issue is the WiFi network in your home. If possible move closer to the hub and speeds should improve. Moving the hub out in the open a;so helps. However there is a limit to what a single hub can cover so you may need to get extra equipment to get better wifi coverage
