Hi since last 2 days . My apps are not working at my home . The apps work on mobile data and other places with wifi access. Though not in my home what can I do . Is it possible that the crash other day has caused this any help is much appreciated thanks

@sharon2410  Can you go into my account and broadband & talk, then into broadband shield and tell us what setting it is on. By default this is PG-13.
