Unhappy with prices and speed.

So, I am disapointed. i pay £93 a month for basically nothing, i can get upto 58mbs but i barely reach 15, ive been with sky for 8 years now and honestly, im tempted to just go elsewhere because the price for broadband and TV isnt worth it, and the inability to talk to someone without phoning them is just bloody ridiculous.

No FTTC product from Sky costs anything like that amount (c£35 is typical for out-of-minimum-term pricing) so presumably something around two-thirds of the bill is for television services.

 

As a start for broadband troubleshooting, if you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

 

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
