I have a Green Feathers Bird Box camera, which worked perfectly well on my old EE network. Since I have changed to sky I am unable to connect the camera even though the network is there. The camera is functioning correctly and runs on 2.4 GHz. I have been into the sky hub and changed to just 2.4 and this doesnt work either. I am reasonably IT savy but feel this is getting into danger realms. Pleae can somebody help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYes but EE's router is different to Skys so they will provide a different signal pattern. Have you taken your mobile to the location of the bird the box and seen what kind of signal strength you get?

Then you've connected your mobile to the 2.4ghz signal and attempted to setup the bird box? What kind of error message do you get?
