I have moved house and sky have sent me a new wire to get connected but none of the wires I have are working

@Tj63 Sky will have given you a date for when your new service will be activated if that has passed call them to check what has happened.However as seems likely you are switching to a new full fibre service that does take longer as Openreach have to run a new line to your property. If you check the My Orders area of the My Sky app it should tell you more.
