Upgraded to Sky movies now had issues with broadband for past two weeks
Two weeks ago we upgraded to Sky movies but am now regretting it as WiFi not working and as a work from home my meetings now freeze on me and my partner and looks completely unprofessional regret taking this ipgrade and what it sort I g have tried Sky now AI assistant on the phone but sorry it's a computer I want to talk to a human please!!!

@Nic192 adding Sky Movies to a TV sub cannot affect your broadband unless someone in the family is binge watching movies and using all of the bandwidth.!
Given it is almost certainly unconnected do the usual steps of cgecking the speed of tge connection to the hub by running the service checker in the My Sy app. If the connection to the hub is not the issue think about changes you have made in your home which may have affected tge wifi signal in your home.
