@Jodieneary  We need a little more information. What colour are the lights on the router and do any of your devices that you have connect to the internet?

@Jodieneary  Do you have any type of booster in the property? Where is the router kept in the property?

No booster

never needed one 

in front room dining area it's open planed 

it's only a small 3 bed flat
