I am having an issue with my hive hub connecting to the internet

Hi @Iwp 

We get quite a few of these reports and its usually down to the Hive hub being faulty.

One thing to check is that you are using an ethernet cable with all 4 pairs wired up and not a cheap bundled ethernet cable.
