Hello,
We are finding our internet/ Wi-Fi really slow to load web pages and update apps despite speed check etc showing no issues.
We often have to switch to 4G and
things then load immediately.
We have tried re- setting the hub and switching Wi-Fi off on devices but no change.
Is there anything else we can do?

Your stats show a good connection and a very quiet network as almost 0 traffic on all interfaces.
Have you tried switching your Sky Shield off?

No, we haven't.
I will have a look at how to do this and give it a try.
