WiFi works fine with tv but is slow with mobile devices since yesterday
Since yesterday the WiFi seems to not work with our phones, it works fine with tv and sometimes with our laptops but is our phones that is not connecting

@Mari13 if some devices are working properly but others are not it is likely your problem is WiFi signal levels in some areas of your home are too low. You can test if thst applies in your case is by trying to connect your phone in tgecareas where other devices work.
Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

How can that be when it was working just fine two days ago and since September?
I literally sit next to the WiFi hub and doesn't work, it connects to the wifi, my app says the internet is ok. But Is just our phones that are not working since yesterday, is slow or don't let us use any app that needs internet, even the sky app I need to use my own data! Don't recommend me to buy anything because that's not the point!
