WiFi speed
Whilst our broadband promises minimum download speeds of 60/70MBps. All of our household devices are running slow, devices which are able to test WiFi and display current speeds show speeds are no higher than 25MBps AT BEST

Re: WiFi speed
@George5959 first thing to check is the speed the service checker in the My Sky app is giving for the connection to the hub. If thst is low click on the broadband link as that will give you more information including the guaranteed speed and the recent history it should also offer to book an engineer to check the line.
However if that is as it should be the issue is likely in your home and is probably poor wifi speeds from the hub to the device. If the hub is not out in the open on a surface zbove obstructions like furniture etc move it.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
