Sky broadband

My sky broadband has stopped working. I have tried resetting modem to no avail. I currently have green power light, green WiFi light ( but WiFi not working either) and amber light on internet. I have ran sky diagnostic tool several times and it says everything is ok, but still not connected to internet. Any solutions out there I can tey

@Wayneoo4 the lack of an internet light means the hub has lost connection to the cabinet. If yhe connection is still down this morning and the service checker in the Mu Sky app run overca mobile connection is not telling you Sky arexaware of an issue sffecting your line give them s call to report the fault.
