My hub and booster won't connect

Hi My hub (model: sr203), will not connect to my booster (Model: se210). Can anyone tell me why please.

I have tried resetting the booster and holding the wps on both devices multiple times.

@olihad00 move the booster to the same room as the hub and try to connect it there. If it works move it to no more than halfway to where you need the boost and try there. If it doesnt connect in thecsame room press and hold the reset oin for 20 seconds and try again if it still doesnt work call Sky who should replace it assuming thry supplied it to you.
