WiFi is being really slow and despite connection and signal "looking good". Slightly concerning that it said my phone was wired in using an Ethernet wire??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LiamA1 With my provider it thinks my PCs are connected via Wi-Fi when they are wired. Is this in the same room as the router or is this throughout the property that you are having slow Wi-Fi speeds?

Throughout the house, could be sat next to it or could be the other end

I don't have boost. Wifi is very slow , sky said it would be great but unfortunately it isn't, sky stream, PS5 and a couple of phones that's all we use
