WiFi really slow

WiFi is being really slow and despite connection and signal "looking good". Slightly concerning that it said my phone was wired in using an Ethernet wire??

@LiamA1  With my provider it thinks my PCs are connected via Wi-Fi when they are wired. Is this in the same room as the router or is this throughout the property that you are having slow Wi-Fi speeds?

Throughout the house, could be sat next to it or could be the other end

I have the same issue. My Internet is saying that our Apple iPhone are connected by a cable, I'm really not happy with the service sky are providing

@LiamA1  Do you have broadband boost  or broadband max as part of your broadband subscription?

 

 

@Skyscannerxxx  Are you having Wi-Fi issues or is this something else?

I don't have boost. Wifi is very slow , sky said it would be great but unfortunately it isn't, sky stream, PS5 and a couple of phones that's all we use

@Skyscannerxxx  Do you have weak Wi-Fi in parts of your property with where the Sky router is positioned in the property just now?
