WiFi password

Hi I had my broadband activation yesterday. I would like the username and password to log into the hub so I can change the password. I have tried admin and aku and also in upper case /lowercase. I have tried the WiFi password aswell. Why is this information not on my hub? I am unable to connect any devices until I have this information

Note if you have a white Sky Max hub the web interface dies not contain any settings **bleep** are accessed via the My Sky app using the Sky ID linked tomthe account.
