Every day intermittently it goes off and on for hours at a time
@Meg35 black or white router from Sky?
Black, says green light, nothing or flashing orange, green, orange.
on the app it says it's all working fine. Resetting, unplugging and turning off does nothing

Ours has been like this today just keeps dropping out intermittently... black router and not ideal when working from home

@Toritops1981 Are you clicking on the icon that looks like a camera that is how you are able to upload a picture.
