Unable to connect to work VPN

I am unable to connect to my works VPN via Forticlient, this has been happening for a week now. my laptop connects to the internet ok but will not connect to the VPN.  I have been working at my mums and had no issues whatsoever.

In that case the issue may well be the Sky use of Map-T, and the resolution to move your connection to a 1:1 mapping.  I'll escalate your post as this has to be done individually.

Hi Lisa, thanks for contacting me regarding VPN connection issues.

I am able to connect to VPN at work and other premises but NOT from my own home.

Have even purchased and change supplied CAT5e cables to CAT8 trying to resolve this issue, is there anything that can be done?

Hi, they sorted mine out but said it was a temporary fix and not to turn off my router, a proper fix was scheduled for sometime in September but I haven't heard anything since
