WiFi not working

WiFi isn't working on sky glass, mobile phone or tablets. Sky broadband checker says everything is fine.

@Mdp2  black or white router from Sky and what lights are showing on the router and what colour are they?

Cannot connect to wifi with any device but saying everything fine in checker. All lights on router showing green

@leesie  black or white router? Also the checker shows you historical data if you go back into the checker and click on broadband to see if it picks up on the fault.
