Braodband slow

In the evening my braodband keeps cutting of and losing signal

on th computer and the tv keeps stop strating we have white max box and arw on the fastest speed and have a booster upstairs and still rubbish was with bt before never had problems like this only had sky for 2 months really thinking of going back to bt

It's a small plug in booster they sent me after I complained and it's still crap

@Tony2012  Looks like you will have to get back on to them that this has not helped with your connection problems.
