WiFi not working despite saying no issues
WiFi is so weak that I can't stream or use the internet

@Flame wifi signal strength deoends on the layout and type of construction in your home and in msny houses especially older properties a single Sky hub wont provide usablecwifi in many rooms. If that sounds like your issue if you cannot either move the hub to a better position which is out in the open away on a surface above major obstructions like radiators as central as possible in your home you are going to require additional wifi equipment.
Sky will sell you an add-on Sky WiFi Max which can supply up,tomextenders if they are required see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy abd use your own equipment which can work out cheaper in the long run
