WiFi keeps dropping out

Over the last week my WiFi keeps dropping out with no warning. I've been a customer for 7 years (my hub is also 7 years old).

The issue means I can't work from home currently, so needs a solution asap please!

@Helen664490  Notice from your router stats that you are on the older technology of ADSL and using an older router. To see what services are available to you at your property can you fill out the form below and post a screenshot please. But make sure to hide the private information in the top-left corner please.

@Helen664490  Have you been offered a new router at all as this is a very old router that you do have. Is there any other services available in your area like Vigin media and what is the mobile signal like in your area?

Re: WiFi keeps dropping out

I've been with Sky for 10 years & my router was outdated too

.They talked me into paying for a better service that came with a new router.

Did it fix the problem? Absolutely not. My Internet cuts outs constantly. Sky says they have planned maintenance from midnight 100+ miles away from my location but my Internet has cut out every 30 mins or so since 3pm this afternoon.

@Helen664490  You would need to speak with Sky about getting a new router, something like that can't be done via the forum.
