I upgraded my sky to sky broadband super fast on 10/07/24 and was told a new router would be delivered within 5 days, 3 weeks later I have still not received any router and no tracking information was provided please advise regards Craig

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CraigD Sky do not provide a different router for Superfast most customers can use the Sky Hub they already have. If you have an upright black Sky hub with 4 leds on the front you have the correct model.

@Chrisee , thanks for this, a bit confused as when signing up for the deal sky said in the "what happens next" after confirming the upgrade they said a new router would be sent out. my current router is 5 years old and not an upright verssion with only 3 LED lights on the front

I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
