WiFi keeps dropping out
Had Sky Q and fast broadband for years and no issues. Now out of the blue it keeps dropping out, can't stream anything and phone can't even connect. No idea what's changed but very frustrating as I work from home as well.
I've run tests and it keeps telling me everything is fine and fast. It may well be fast, but it's not consistent and that's the issue.
I've turned the router off and on again to see if that helps via a bit of a reset but no change.
Do routers have a lifespan? I.e do they need to be replaced or updated after a period of time?
At a loss as to why now, suddenly, it's become so unstable.

It's actually the Super Fast broadband we have and the below is the test undertaken on the Sky website

@Jay1080 can you post your Sky hub's stats as they help forum membersxwork out what maybe wrong. Have you madexany recent changes which mightvaffect your home's wifi such as moving Sky Q boxes? See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Thanks, where would I find the Sky hub stats?
no changes made at all here, it's just randomly started dropping out consistently through the day.

Those aren't your router stats and the image was rejected as it contains MAC addresses.
