WiFi keeps coming in and out

Since yesterday my wifi has been going between green and amber, everytime I run a test it says it's fine when it's clearly not, not sure if anyone is experiencing the same in Edinburgh? I know there was the global outage yesterday with tickets and things but I thought that was fixed
