Got sent the new sky max router and ever since plugging it in the connection has been crap, in the same place as my old one but get hardly any signal upstairs and the speeds are only barely reaching 100mbs? I've done loads of resets and whatever and still no good

I plugged my old router back in aswell and kept hold of it until I sorted out my issues, like I said I contacted them and had another new one sent out and the booster and then tried the set up again, scanning the QR codes on the boxes and making sure it was done correctly and it's all been fine since, it was a nightmare the first time round, dropping out, no speed, no signal etc

Having exactly the same issue, the router is awful. Only had it a week so I assume I can cancel contract upgrade return router and get out of contract upgrade?

Mine is actually working fine now wth the speeds I was told, I had another router sent out and also a booster and all is perfect. The set up has a lot to do with it.

I've plugged the old router back in far more reliable. This new router has a number of issues drops out constantly, so locked down its unuseable if you have loads of iot devices.
