WiFi issues

For the last 24-48 hours my WiFi drops out continuously on most of the devices in the house 

phones iPad the sky tv boxes also can someone please look into this as it's near impossible to watch tv or connect to the internet on devices unless we use mobile data

exact same issue over the past week or so, black router - keeps dropping to 1000-5000ms when on facetime or zoom and searches take up to 5 minutes to load

Also have the same issue, black router, also get a message on my phone that I'm connected to my network without Internet

Black router for us too. 

I ended up unplugging router last night and haven't plugged it back In yet. 
driving us nuts paying all this month for what? 
skys broadband tests and WiFi test are showing no issues.

Exactly the same for us too, all checks come up OK.

I've unplugged the router too and plugged back in, so far I'm connected OK but have done this before and ended up with same problem after a few hours 😡

@SR2685  Are you still having issues if the broadband test is not giving you the ability to book an engineer after the service check says all is good come back let us know.

ive tried accessing the router settings page but the login popup keeps reloading. im connected to my broadband. ive tried sky and my password as the password. it just keeps reloading and doesn't let me into the settings page. this has been happening since i got my broadband installed and its honestly infuriating.

I contacted sky today. 

they informed my that my package was not ideal for our usage and have now upgraded us so fingers crossed it helps.. it's dropped so much the last week I've actually got both my smart TVs now connected to my mobile data instead! 🫣

I am having the exact same issue and sky advise that there are no faults! It's been like this for weeks! 

had anyone had any luck getting sky to  acknowledge there is an issue?

I have the same issue and I have wky whole home, its rubbish, yet the service checker says I get 456mbs most days load of rubbish the computers say 30mbs absolute joke not only that I have sky glass so can't even watch tv
