My Wifi in the house keep dropping completely even Tv streaming too, all tests come back as ok which is odd as all phone, tablets etc have no connectivity and even the netflix and alike is intermittent too.

Unplugged hub for 10 mind and back in to same issue.

Any ideas ??

@Ditchmonsterob the online test will not show a recent line drop. The lights on your Sky hub show what is going on as this trouble shooter explains https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

@Chrisee ,sorry should have said, lights on hub all green and looking good.

@Ditchmonsterob there is an slightly obscure issue where all lights are green but no data flows which is caused by a faulty port on the Sky server managing your connection. Two potential solutions one is to powe down the hub for 60 minutes which should force a change of port. The second is to log onto the hub's web interface go to the main maintenance page and scroll down you use the left hane link which opens a page where you can force a disconnect. 

Sky do fix these servers but they are in various places round the country so engineers are not necessarily on-site.

I have called Sky and there is a known issue affecting their broadband services. Affecting 15,000 customers at present. There is no issue with your own router so dont worry. Its affecting me to so we just have to wait unfortunately.

@mendosa18 Just spoke to sky, this does not effect us so they have to get us an engineer out as they are baffled too.
