Try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Was it this line test that you ran:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks for the reply. Yes that's the test I've ran and it comes back all clear. Do you know if there are any other options. I should add that it's also an issue on wired connections
