WiFi issue

Hi, came back to sky yesterday but I have a WiFi dead spot and my security camera keeps dropping out. Use to have same problem with virgin but overcome it with a TP link WiFi extender. This extender does not work with sky. How do I go about getting a WiFi max pod extender? Many thanks, Stu

Assuming you already have the WiFI max addon with Sky, then you just need to call them and request it.

Well, just phoned sky and must say that was easy and great to hear an English voice answer. WiFi pod ordered for next day delivery. Glad I came back to sky.
