WiFi extender/booster not reaching to all rooms

Hi not long ago I had my WiFi with BT with booster discs in all corners or the house and had absolutely no issues with it at all. When coming to cancel my subscription with yourselves I was offered the same if not better WiFi with yourselves and for less money so I transferred my WiFi to sky since then my WiFi has been pretty poor when I last complained of this I was sent a WiFi extender/booster which has improved this but it still does not reach all the rooms and I am constantly being kicked off my work computer for loosing connection which is not acceptable . I'm hoping there is a fix for this  ?

I too am pretty new to Sky Broadband and have a bungalow that has wifi dead spots when using a single broadband router. 

So, a few years ago I invested in a Mesh system to ensure full coverage of the whole property and much of the patio/garden, negating the need to rely on any broadband providers wifi "solution". When I moved to Sky I simply connected my mesh system to the Sky Router,  switched off the Sky Router wifi and have had no problems for the 6 or so weeks I have been a Sky customer. 

Of course this is not a cheap option, but will allow me to switch to any other provider at the end of my contract with minimal fuss / upset.

I have seen somewhere on here that you may be able to get more than one Sky Extender/Booster but I think it depends on the level of service you signed up for.

I hope you quickly find a resolution that works for you.

@Baz1785 Until you give sky a call again then they cannot do further regarding coverage!

Trying to speak to someone is a nightmare and the Last time I called them they pretty much said they didn't care if I went elsewhere and I ended up having to pay more to get the booster max which still doesn't give me the WiFi coverage I was promised in the beginning before upgrading to top broadband package.

@Baz1785 It does not matter, part off your upgrade to the Wi-FI Max package is upto 3 pod's, the 2nd and 3rd require an Engineer to come visit, check it all out and see what is going on. You can only do that by calling sky to arrange.
