Slow WiFi in my bedrooms

I have really good WiFi in my front room where hub is but bedrooms upstairs are not.  my son is continuously kick out of games and my computers loses connection also which is extremely frustrating as when I was with BT  I was issued discs so the WiFi was good throughout the house, so you can imagine my disappointment switching to sky only for it to be worse . I'm not happy with this product I've been sold it's slower than what I had if it's not sorted asap I'm leaving sky .

Sky loans wireless booster hardware 'free' under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of the legacy 'Broadband Boost' add-on and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell boosters except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some  Sky booster hardware has leaked onto a certain auction site and elsewhere online but Sky won't offer support with using these, and Max pods acquired that way won't work at all.

Confusingly the default 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' bundled with all new Sky Broadband orders where Boost or Max is not added by the customer doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above plus a one month broadband subscription refund.

@Baz1785 If you needed BT Smart wifi disk's then you sure will need Sky Boosters without a doubt, have a read at the Sky max info posted and if you do not have the Max subscription then the additional extra charge will also need to be done!

Re: Slow WiFi in my bedrooms

You say this which means sky knew this when I was switching as I told them I had BY discs in each corner of the house . I ended up paying more to get a booster but still having issues and that last customer service I received was rude basically told me to upgrade or leave. Bearing in mind I was cancelling my sky subscription when they promised me the same coverage for half price to keep my original package but switching my broadband to them . So when I called to get it sorted I wanted what I was promised just said it would cost more to upgrade further if I don't want that then leave . Once this contract is up that is exactly what I will be doing .
