WiFi drops in and out

My WiFi drops on and off every few minutes. So every time I do the WiFi check on the app it says its fine but it scans for a few mins until the connection comes back up. Makes Sky unwatchable and working from home impossible. Could someone please check why it's so intermittent.

Simillar issue on powerline extender. Used uptime app to track internet connectivity. Sky advisor did all possible (router reset )but could not fix the issue. My wifi powerline extenders could connect to network but not the internet. I reset the extenders but this dis not solve the issue. Then suddenly the problem fixed itself days later.
