WiFi drops every 10 mins

Hi just wondering if anybody can help. My Wi-Fi has been perfectly reasonable for the last three months and for the last couple of days has just continuously dropped every five minutes. I've done a test and according to Sky it's absolutely fine but the fact that I'm using my data on my phone says otherwise
