Hi,
I have had to start working from my front living room where my router is recently as my WiFi quality has deteriorated compared to where I was located in the house which used to be very reliable. Even in this room i experience intermittent issues and poor quality calls on VOIP. My contract is due for renewal in 13 days time and I would like to have this resolved or I will have to look at alternatives

Find out more@SPH24 WiFi deterioration is almost certainly down to interference over which Sky has no control(no ISP does), you could try changing the wireless channel to see if that helps if it doesnt then the only thing Sky will offer is WiFi max and that is an additional paid for service.
